We benefit from the heart opening qualities of this divine elixir and consciously move energy through our bodies using guided breathwork and the soft dream like qualities of blue lotus flower.
There will be cacao, breathwork, drumming and a special tea meditation and these ceremonies are an opportunity for you to let go of control and surrender in a safe calm space, explore your breath, your body, get in closer contact with yourself and feelings or take silence within yourself and ask for clarity with some area of your life.
